1. An individual's sex means the individual's biological sex at birth, either male or female. 2. A female is an individual whose biological reproductive system is developed to produce ova and a male is an individual whose biological reproductive system is developed to fertilize the ova of a female. 3. The terms woman and girl refer to human females and the terms man and boy refer to human males. 4. The term mother means a parent of the female sex and the term father means a parent of the male sex.

"Abuse" means the infliction or allowing of physical injury [...] or the infliction of or allowing another person to cause serious emotional damage as evidenced by severe anxiety, depression, withdrawal or untoward aggressive behavior and which emotional damage is diagnosed by a medical doctor or psychologist and is caused by the acts or omissions of an individual who has the care, custody and control of a child. Abuse: [..] (b) does not include referring to and raising a child in a manner consistent with the child's biological sex, including related mental health or medical decisions.

A public entity shall not: 1. Require an employee to engage in a diversity, equity and inclusion program.2. Spend public monies on a diversity, equity and inclusion program.[...] 7. Promote or adopt any theory of [...] allyship, transgenderism, [...] social justice, intersectionality, neopronouns, inclusive language, heteronormativity, disparate impact, gender identity or theory

A public school must notify a student's parents not later than five school days after the first time that an employee or independent contractor of the public school knowingly addresses, identifies or refers to the student by either of the following: 1. A pronoun that differs from the pronoun that aligns with the student's biological sex. 2. A first name other than the first or middle name that is listed on the student's official school records, except that an employee or independent contractor may address, identify or refer to a student by a nickname that is commonly associated with the student's name of record.

A. A financial institution may not: 1. Discriminate in providing financial services to a person. [...] E. For the purposes of this section: 1. "Discriminate in providing financial services" means using a social credit score to either directly or indirectly decline to provide full and equal enjoyment in the provision of financial services, including refusing to provide, terminating or restricting financial services. [...] 5. "Social credit score": (a) means any analysis, rating, scoring, list or tabulation that evaluates any of the following: [...] (iv) a person's failure or refusal to conduct any type of racial, diversity or gender audit or disclosure or to provide a quota, preference or benefit based, in whole or in part, on race, diversity or gender. (v) a person's failure or refusal to facilitate or assist employees in obtaining abortions or gender reassignment services.

A reasonable accommodation does not include access to a shower room that is designated for use by persons of the opposite sex while persons of the opposite sex are present or could be present.

This state or any political subdivision of this state may not knowingly engage in or cause any of the following practices to be performed on a minor if the practice is performed for the purpose of changing a minor's appearance or body to no longer correspond to the minor's biological sex without first obtaining written informed consent of a parent or legal guardian of the minor: [...] Prescribing or administering testosterone, estrogen or progesterone to a minor in an amount greater than would normally be produced endogenously in a healthy individual of that minor's age and biological sex.

The following terms have the following meanings as used in statutes, administrative rules, regulations and public policies adopted by this state or by a political subdivision of this state: 1. "Boy" means a human male who has not yet reached adulthood. [...] 3. "Father" means a male parent of a child or children as defined by law. 4. "Female", when used in reference to a natural person, means an individual who has, had, will have or would have, but for a developmental anomaly or accident, the reproductive system that at some point produces ova. 5. "Girl" means a human female who has not yet reached adulthood. 6. "Male", when used in reference to a natural person, means an individual who has, had, will have or would have, but for a developmental anomaly or accident, the reproductive system that at some point produces sperm for fertilization of female ova. 7. "Man" means an adult human of the male sex. 8. "Mother" means a female parent of a child or children as defined by law. 9. "Sex": (a) means a person's biological sex, either male or female, at birth. (b) includes only two sexes and every individual is either a male or female. An individual with a difference in sex development does not establish a third sex.

An employee or independent contractor of a school district or charter school may not knowingly address, identify or refer to a student who is under eighteen years of age by either of the following unless the school district or charter school receives written permission from the student's parent: 1. A pronoun that differs from the pronoun that aligns with the student's biological sex. 2. A first name other than the first or middle name that is listed on the student's official school records, except that an employee or independent contractor may address, identify or refer to a student by a nickname that is commonly associated with the student's name of record.
