No funds shall be used to fulfill any gender reassignment procedures, including treatments and surgery for any resident over eighteen (18) years of age. Should a court impose the requirements of gender reassignment for medicaid participants, it shall be considered a violation of the conditions of the state plan.

In human beings, there are two, and only two, sexes: male and female; (2) Every individual is either male or female; (3) An individual's sex can be observed or clinically verified at or before birth;

Requiring students to share restrooms and changing facilities with members of the opposite biological sex generates potential embarrassment, shame, and psychological injury to students, as well as increasing the likelihood of sexual assault, molestation, rape, voyeurism, and exhibitionism;

USE OF PUBLIC FUNDS FOR GENDER TRANSITION PROCEDURES PROHIBITED. (1) Public funds shall not be used, granted, paid, or distributed to any entity, organization, or individual for the provision or subsidy of any surgical operation or medical intervention [...] for purposes of altering the appearance of an individual in order to affirm the individual's perception of the individual's sex in a way that is inconsistent with the individual's biological sex regardless of whether the surgical operation or medical intervention is administered to a minor or an adult

A government employee, regardless of the scope of such employee's official duties, shall not be subject to adverse employment action for declining to: (a) Identify such employee's pronouns while acting within the scope of employment; or (b) Address a person using a name other than the person's legal name or a derivative thereof, or by a preferred personal title or pronoun that is inconsistent with the person's sex.

"Discriminate in the provision of financial services" means utilizing a social credit score to directly or indirectly decline to provide full and equal enjoyment in the provision of financial services. [...] "Social credit score" means any analysis, rating, scoring, list, or tabulation that evaluates [...] (iv) Any person's failure or refusal to conduct any type of racial, diversity, or gender audit or disclosure or to provide any sort of quota, preference, or benefit based, in whole or in part, on race, diversity, or gender;[...] (v) Any person's failure or refusal to facilitate or assist employees in obtaining abortions or gender reassignment services

Planned instruction by school personnel or third parties on human sexuality, sexual orientation, or gender identity shall not occur prior to grade 5.

A. A financial institution may not: 1. Discriminate in providing financial services to a person. [...] E. For the purposes of this section: 1. CHILDREN'S SCHOOL AND LIBRARY PROTECTION. (1) This section shall be known and may be cited as the "Children's School and Library Protection Act." (2) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a school or public library, or an agent thereof, shall not promote, give, or make available to a minor: [...] (c) Any other material harmful to minors.

State-appropriated funds shall not be utilized to support diversity, equity, inclusion, or social justice ideology as part of any student activities, clubs, events, or organizations campus. Each college and university shall submit a written report of its expenditures related to these activities to the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee no later than December 1, 2024.

According to Reverend D. Paul Sullins, Ph.D., "The proliferation of alternative family forms over the past fifty years were a social experiment in parenting arrangements, there would now be more than enough evidence to conclude that it was a failure. [...] Research demonstrates children who grow up in families with traditional values and gender roles are more likely to have traditional values and gender role expectations themselves.

Stating findings of the legislature and recognizing mother's day through father's day as an opportunity to raise awareness about the challenges facing traditional families and the alarming rate at which the traditional American family is declining.

No public postsecondary educational institution in the state of Idaho shall require or solicit a diversity statement as part of an admissions process, employment application process, hiring process, contract renewal process, or promotion process or as a condition of participation in any administrative or decision-making function of the institution. (2) "Diversity statement" means any written or oral statement discussing: [...] (c) The applicant's or candidate's views on or experience with the race, sex, color, ethnicity, gender identity, or sexual orientation of students and coworkers;

(1) No person engaged in the practice of professional counseling or marriage and family therapy in the state of Idaho shall be required to provide counseling to or facilitate the counseling of a client in support of goals, outcomes, or behaviors that conflict with the sincerely held religious, moral, or ethical principles of the counselor or therapist. (2) The declination to provide or facilitate counseling or therapy as described in subsection (1) of this section shall not be the basis for: (a) A civil cause of action; (b) Criminal prosecution; or (c) Disciplinary action pursuant to section 54-3407, Idaho Code. (3) The right to decline to provide or facilitate counseling or therapy as described in subsection (1) of this section is limited to conscience based objections to particular goals, outcomes, or behaviors that may be the objectives of particular types of counseling or therapy.

The university of Idaho and any private institution of higher education in the state of Idaho shall not expend funds appropriated by the Idaho legislature to establish, sustain, support, or staff a diversity, equity, and inclusion office or to contract, employ, engage, or hire an individual to serve as a diversity, equity, and inclusion officer. Any other institution of higher education shall not otherwise expend any funds derived from any funds appropriated by the Idaho legislature or any bequests, charges, deposits, donations, endowments, fees, grants, gifts, income, receipts, tuition, or any other source.

No flags or banners shall be displayed by a public elementary school or public secondary school that represent a [...] sexual orientation, gender, or a political ideology.

It is [...] the intent of the Legislature that no state-appropriated funds are used to support diversity, equity, and inclusion, or social justice ideology as part of any student activities, clubs, events, or organizations on the campuses of Idaho's public postsecondary institutions.
