Biological definition of male and female establishment

"Gender" has the meaning given to sex in subdivision 15, when used alone to refer to males, females, or the natural differences between males and females. Gender is not considered a synonym or shorthand expression for gender identity, experienced gender, gender expression, or gender role. This definition does not apply when the term is used in conjunction with other words or as an adjective to modify other words, or when context or explicit definition in existing state law, administrative rules, or guidelines of a governmental entity indicates otherwise. Gender is not synonymous with gender identity.

"Female" means, when used to refer to an individual, an individual who naturally has, had, will have, or would have, but for a developmental or genetic anomaly or historical accident, the reproductive system that at some point produces, transports, and utilizes eggs for fertilization.

"Male" means, when used to refer to an individual, an individual who naturally has, had, will have, or would have, but for a developmental or genetic anomaly or historical accident, the reproductive system that at some point produces, transports, and utilizes sperm for fertilization.

"Boy" means a minor human male. [...] "Girl" means a minor human female. [...] "Father" means a male parent. [...] "Mother" means a female parent.
